Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they will not be able to be attended. <\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><b>FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL QZ PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND FOR HOW LONG?<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>We use your data for different purposes, which you will find detailed in this section.<\/p><p>Customer service, promotions and advertising \u2013 to respond to inquiries and present you with offers and news<br>QZ collects your contact details, information about your preferences and data about the use of the websites and communications; it may also use sales and service information that you have provided to it through the motosquazzar.com websites or QZ Connect services, or through Authorised Dealers and Workshops, to determine which offers and news you may find most interesting and to contact you in relation to such offers, based on your marketing preferences (and which you can modify via customer portals QUAZZAR).  <\/p><p>QZ may share this information with Authorized Dealers and Workshops to follow up on your requests and present you with more specific offers.<\/p><p>QZ may also use your personal data to create individual customer profiles through statistical procedures. As a result of the profiling process, you may receive personalized communications of interest to you with automotive-related content. Such content shall refer to products and services of QZ and the Authorized Dealers and Workshops.  <\/p><p>Processing related to promotions and advertising is only carried out when you have consented to them.<\/p><p>Vehicle sales and maintenance \u2013 to process your purchase, configure your vehicle and perform its maintenance<br>Every time you carry out a purchase, repair or maintenance operation of your vehicle at the Authorised Dealers and Workshops, they obtain your contact details as well as the technical and configuration data of the vehicle and information about the specific operation carried out.  <\/p><p>This data is necessary to be able to properly manage the purchase, repair or maintenance requested by you, and to be able to inform you of any incident related to your vehicle. Such data may be consulted by QZ to resolve technical problems or other incidents related to the purchase or provision of repair or maintenance services. <\/p><p>QZ and Authorised Dealers and Workshops may also receive certain data on the location of the vehicle on a limited basis during the vehicle repair process, data that will only be used in the light of the mechanisms for the protection of location information.  <\/p><p>The processing of this data is based on the existence of a contractual relationship with you, which must be properly managed by both QZ Authorised Dealers and Workshops, in order to provide digital services in the vehicle.<\/p><p>QZ receives your contact data as well as your vehicle location data and service usage data, which it uses in accordance with the detailed service descriptions for each of the services listed and the location information protection measures. The detailed descriptions of the services also include all the circumstances in which such data may be transmitted to third parties for the sole purpose of being able to provide the service in question. <\/p><p>When you use a third-party application, in combination with the QZ Connect services, as a preliminary step before you can start using that application, you will be presented with its terms of service and privacy policy. The operator of that third-party application will be the controller of all information about you accessed through that application or data entered through that application. It will be that operator that sets out how it will use your information in its privacy policy and other notices, as well as in the consents you submit or obtain through the app. Your use of that data is not our responsibility.   <\/p><p>For more information on the processing of your personal data in the use of QZ Connect, please refer to the terms and conditions of these apps and remember that, in the event of a discrepancy with this privacy policy, the terms and conditions of the service as well as the privacy policies provided for QZ Connect to offer digital services related to the vehicle through a mobile device will always prevail<\/p><p>In the course of providing these services, QZ will obtain your contact details, information about the location of the vehicle and the device, as well as information about the use of the device and the corresponding services, which it will use in accordance with the service descriptions corresponding to each of the components of the device and which are detailed in the terms and conditions of our Q Tech App.<\/p><p>When you use a third-party application, as a preliminary step before you can start using that application, you will be presented with its terms of service and privacy policy. Before using such data for any of these purposes, your information will be immediately anonymized so that it cannot be directly linked to you. This processing is based on QZ&#8217;s legitimate interest in meeting the high expectations of its customers regarding the quality of our current exclusive products and services and their desire to receive new innovative solutions.  <\/p><p>Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations \u2013 to comply with our legal obligations to comply with information requirements made by judicial bodies, regulatory and supervisory bodies and state security forces<\/p><p>All data controllers are subject to and obliged to comply with the laws of the countries in which they operate. These obligations include the delivery, in certain circumstances, of personal data to judicial bodies, regulatory or supervisory bodies and state security forces and bodies. <\/p><p>This data processing is based on the existence of a legal obligation for QZ to cooperate with such bodies.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><b>WHAT USER DATA CAN QZ OBTAIN?<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>QZ may process the following categories of data, depending on the request made by the User:  <\/p><p>Contact Details<br>Name, address, phone numbers, email.<br>Preferences<br>Information you provide us about your preferences, such as the type of vehicles you are interested in.<br>Use of the website and communications<br>How you use our website; if you open or forward our messages; as well as information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies (in our <a href=\"https:\/\/quazzartech.com\/es_es\/politica-de-cookies\/\">Cookie Policy.<\/a>)<br>Sales and maintenance information<br>Information on the purchase of vehicles or services, maintenance and technical assistance, as well as complaints and claims.<br>Device and Service Utilization<br>how you use your device (mobile or vehicle) and the services offered through it.<br>Vehicle Configuration Data<br>Information about the current characteristics and configuration values of your vehicle (identified by its chassis number).<br>Technical data of the vehicle<br>Information about the current or previous operation of the vehicle&#8217;s engine and systems.<br>Vehicle or device location information<br>position where your vehicle or mobile phone is located.<\/p><p>In the event of registration and\/or access through a third-party account, QZ may collect and access certain information from the User&#8217;s profile of the respective social network, solely for internal administrative purposes and\/or for the purposes indicated above.<\/p><p>In the event that the User provides data from third parties, he\/she declares that he\/she has their consent and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the interested party, the owner of said data, exempting QZ from any liability in this regard. However, QZ may carry out the necessary verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations. <\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><b>WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>The processing of data necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes that require the User&#8217;s consent to be carried out will not be carried out without the User&#8217;s consent.  <\/p><p>Likewise, in the event that the User withdraws their consent to any of the processing, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.  <\/p><p>To revoke this consent, the User may contact QZ through the following channels: By writing to QUAZZAR TECHNOLOGIES SLU, Calle Noviembre 15, 28022, Madrid, or by sending an email to the address <a href=\"mailto:dpo@motosquazzar.com\">dpo@quazzar.es<\/a>, in both cases with the Reference &#8220;Data Protection&#8221;.<\/p><p>Likewise, in cases where it is necessary to process the User&#8217;s data for compliance with a legal obligation or for the execution of the contractual relationship between QZ and the User, the processing would be legitimized as it is necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes. For its part, the processing carried out for the performance of surveys and\/or evaluations related to the quality of the services provided by QZ and\/or the perception of its image as a company will be carried out based on the legitimate interest of the controller.   <\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><b>TO WHOM WILL THE USER&#8217;S DATA BE COMMUNICATED?<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>The User&#8217;s data may be communicated to:  <\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Investee companies or companies of the QZ group of companies, solely for internal administrative purposes and\/or for the purposes indicated above.  <\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Associated or affiliated distributors, solely for internal administrative purposes and\/or for the purposes indicated above.  <\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Suppliers of QZ or of QZ&#8217;s associated workshops necessary for the proper fulfilment of legal obligations and\/or the purposes indicated above.  <\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Public Administrations, in the cases provided for by Law.  <\/li><\/ul><p>The recipients indicated in this section may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area, in the latter case international data transfers being duly legitimised.  <\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><b>RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>The User:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">You guarantee that you are of legal age or legally emancipated as the case may be, fully capable, and that the data you provide to QZ are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. To this end, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided suitably updated, so that it corresponds to their real situation.   <\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">You guarantee that you have informed the third parties of which you provide your data, if you do so, of the aspects contained in this document. You also warrant that you have obtained your consent to provide your data to QZ for the purposes indicated. <\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">You will be liable for any false or inaccurate information you provide through the Website and for any direct or indirect damages caused to QZ or third parties.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"9\"><li><b>COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>One of the purposes for which QZ processes the User&#8217;s data will be to send commercial communications, by electronic and\/or conventional means, with information relating to products, services, promotions, offers, events or news relevant to the Users.
