As a general rule, and if the product is available in stock, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.<\/p>

For products not available in stock, but in the factory, once the payment has been made we will contact you to confirm the shipping time. In the event that you do not agree with this delivery time because it seems excessive, we will refund the full cost of the product at no additional cost. <\/p>

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs and will depend on the product chosen. These costs are only applicable to shipments made to the Peninsula and for shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands. Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra consult. <\/p>

    We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. <\/p>

    If the product is defective, we will take care of the cost of return shipping, although you will have to send it back to us within 9 days of receipt.<\/p>

    3. Shipments to the United States: Shipments to the United States are also subject to taxes and fees. The owner of the package is responsible for the payment of such fees. In addition, customs requires the owner of the package to have a security number or Importer Number for the non-U.S. citizen, a number assigned by the border to protect the citizen. <\/li>
