As a general rule, and if the product is available in stock, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

For products not available in stock, but in the factory, once the payment has been made we will contact you to confirm the shipping time. In the event that you do not agree with this delivery time because it seems excessive, we will refund the full cost of the product at no additional cost.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs and will depend on the product chosen. These costs are only applicable to shipments made to the Peninsula and for shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands. Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra consult.

We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Returns

If the product is defective, we will take care of the cost of return shipping, although you will have to send it back to us within 9 days of receipt.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can control and track the status of your shipment.

Customs taxes and duties

1. There are no additional taxes or fees for orders delivered to other countries in the European Union.
2. Outside the European Union: Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Spanish taxes. However, they have the right to impose other fees or taxes, this cost will be determined when the package arrives in the destination country. Taxes can only be paid by the owner of the package, who will pay the fees to the transport company or the relevant authorities.
3. Shipments to the United States: Shipments to the United States are also subject to taxes and fees. The owner of the package is responsible for the payment of such fees. In addition, customs requires the owner of the package to have a security number or Importer Number for the non-U.S. citizen, a number assigned by the border to protect the citizen.
4. Customs failure: The responsibility falls on the consumer who ensures that his package is suitable for customs clearance and contains all the required information or the relevant fees made. If the package does not cross the border, it will be returned to the warehouses

1. Drop-to-Home Delivery

Shipping costs will depend on the destination to the Peninsula or shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

In the case of shipments to any country in the European Union (EU), the associated costs are detailed. Outside the EU, shipments will be by CIF/CIP incoterm, so the customer will have to bear the Customs costs.

There is an in-store pickup option, which will not have any expenses.
